Good to see you here at thePAMshow.com-landia. Episode 1 is in the works...special guests Aradhana Silvermoon and
Truth-I of I-Star have come to San Francisco to create some conscious music and food for all of us. Learn some cool new raw
dishes and raw chocolate specials from our super-secret-chef-chocolatier-wondorious-one Aradhana Silvermoon. We also get
crazy on the coastal cliff with a yoga session for the pose of the day, Downward Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana). We take you
through the many ways this pose is good for you. For example, it's great if you have carpal tunnel because it relieves
some of the stress from your wrists and arms while aligning your spine. It's funny how it's all connected.
Follow us as we visit one of San Francisco's premier underground art spaces, THE BOX FACTORY, where we cultivate
feature works of art, music and food. In addition to this amazing San Francisco experience, we also get to learn how to
turn our rags to riches. The Recycle Bin will teach how to make old clothing have new life, all the while setting a unique style amongst the humdrum of our societies mass production.
