Good to see you here at The Pam Show.com-landia. Episode 1 is well on it's way...special guests Aradhana Silvermoon and Truth-I of I-Star have come to San Francisco to create some conscious music and food for all of us. Learn some cool new raw dishes and raw chocolate specials from our super-secret-chef Aradhana Silvermoon. We also get crazy on the coastal cliff with a yoga session for the pose of the day, Downward Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana). Learn in how many ways this pose is good for you. It's great if you have carpal tunnel. Follow us as we visit one of San Francisco's premier underground art spaces, THE BOX FACTORY, where we cultivate feature works of art, music and food. The Recycle Bin will teach us how to turn our rags to riches. The first episode is to be released on New Year's Day of 2010.
